About Jackson:
Jackson began back in the late 1970s, when heavy music experienced a flamboyant and virtuosic resurgence in popularity and a small Southern California guitar repair shop became the epicenter of a new level of shred-approved excellence. Ever since then, Jackson guitars have been universally lauded as the metal guitars; the shred machines-highly original high-performance instruments of distinctive style and formidable substance. From metal’s chart-topping peaks to its darkest recesses, for discerning guitarists all over the globe, Jackson is the only way to go.

It won't. They have to pay licensing fees, and then ship every guitar to another country to have them installed. That's at least $500 tacked on to the price.

it is not easy to explain how much Marty inspires me with every single Note he plays, for more than 30 years. And considering I have been playing extreme metal for decades and no solos at all, the size of Marty's inspiration can be understood more easily :) I believe he can get even ants inspired to build a better colony.

@@stevedamien638 sir, if you really care to read i can write pages about “why’s” and “how’s” but long story short, you could search for any live show of him on youtube, or masterclass, especially longer ones. If you are in music business, there is nothing more to say, if not, just give a listen to any melody he plays, even in only 5 seconds, you could recognise him, that is one of the big how’s. Marty is Marty, %90 of all guitarists are %20 Blackmore, %10 Vai, half baked Satriani’s, and so on. Surelu nothing wrong with that either, but being an original like him is very special for me. I am also sure he does not mean to inspire people to dress, but to undress.

In music to develop your skill and"melody"side you need to play with few notes, few chords as much as you can until real goo! melody come up then you add more chords, notes. All these friedman guys play scales dude, you know scales? Now he plays pop in Japan, He was great with Megadeth. Like Vai he was great in a band also, check out his work with Alcatrazz,Roth,Whitesnake if you don't know already, His best melodic solos are right there.

@@stevedamien638 sir, I really dont want to sound any wise or expert on anything, most of my collection, is only black metal, somehow I cant enjoy listening anything else, black metal and Marty Friedman, it may sound silly but that is how it is. I cant really say I own many cds, but somehow I can compose music, and fill the gaps of my collection by making my own thing, nothing big or even close to mediocre but it is there. I wish I could have a better understanding of what Friedman does with scales, and how he managed to write an album like Scenes. but unfortunately I am not even a fart in the wind. so sir, if you are able to understand and explain it with scales or any simple terms, you are very very lucky indeed.

The best musicians and best riffs in metal are made by people who have no fucking clue what a scale or what note is this and that. Only practice make you great. Guys like Friedman,Vai are,,,well; it's all in one perception. Get your ears a favor go listen to Tony Macalpine-Maximum Security, his melodies are not within scales by skipping a few notes,,, Many if not most guitarists take a scale and skip few notes in it to make it soundmelodic. • @jaimeortizrocks

Wish all these guitars could be on sale for the public 🤣 but at least the Kelly in my opinion, because I feel like Marty is most known for his Kelly. As a fan this is just my personal desires and opinions so I’m just venting. I grew up watching Marty and he has had many guitars throughout his career but I feel like I identify Marty with the Kelly more than any other guitar so that guitar resonates in a special way for me, my intuition tells me many people feel this way as well, but that’s just me. Even a limited edition or something if not mass produced would be nice! But it’s ok I will forever be sad if he never comes out with a new signature Kelly for sale to the public, but I’m still very much appreciative that I can at least buy a new Marty friedman guitar at the very least. I have the x series and the purple cracked mirror 🪞 pro series, and they look sexy and they feel and play like butter 🧈 I can only imagine how the u.s.a model plays. I love that all the knobs are out of the way and honestly I could name all the details I like about it but long story short every little detail about it is what makes it special to me and sets it apart from other guitars! Marty says in the video his signature Kelly has the controls and the knobs far away from the bridge and pickups! Which to me is something after trying a guitar like that I don’t want to go back to a guitar that I’m constantly banging my hand into the controls or somehow trying to consciously avoid the knobs while playing and that’s something you don’t really find on other guitars very often. Most if not all of the Kelly’s that Jackson has for sale either have tremolo bars, or knobs that are like an inch away from the pickups and bridge, or active pickups or some combination of the three. Tell me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe you can order a Kelly with the same Marty specs, unless you custom order it or you become a Jackson signature artist yourself, but even then it still wouldn’t be a Marty signature. Marty could sign his name on a piece of trash and hand it to me and I would be thrilled with content, I would take that piece of trash and put it on display. Marty is the goat 🐐. Hopefully somebody reads this whole essay I left on here 🤣. So anyway that’s the end of my rant.

I once try an X-series MF-1 and the finish was absolutely horrible. The black paint splattering all over the white binding. Body, neck, and headstock all have this paint splatter issue. If the company, which makes this guitar, doesn't care about the paint job, I don't even think they will care about little detail such as fret job or nut slot. Because I love and respect Marty as a guitarist, I hate to see a company makes his signature guitar with such quality issue.

I think Kiko and Marty have a lot of admiration and respect between each other. You’re right: Marty does not have all the technique and knowledge to play Kiko stuff, but that doesn’t matter, he is an incredible musician by himself with a lot of creativity. And Kiko can play Marty’s stuff because he has many techniques resources. Also in Megadeth Marty’s came first and Kiko is after. And he was hired to play old stuff too...that’s the only reason. That could happen to every musician in every band. But I hate to compare both, it’s like comparing John Petrucci with Paul Gilbert...why??? Or even Paul Gilbert with Marty: it’s a waste of time. Every decent guitar player love Marty and Kiko...more than Megadeth.

Kiko solo works and Angra material are out of this world...but his work in Megadeth...mmm...i don’t know. But they have some things in common in their playing: strings hard hitting, they prefer 10’s than 9’s, high action, prioritising melody than rapid phrasing, deep vibrato, and a rounded and collocated sound.

Please explain why do musicians & actors get so neurotic and think everyone is on board with them on their road to self realization? Like comedians that think people want em to be serious when we don’t and musicians that think we want to hear all their personal influences for an entire album worth of material “ Satch” has done that now for four albums, I don’t get entertained by a serious Jim Carrey.
