Rapidly approaching 70 years old and every time I watch this, it makes me weep. Martina McBride, for all of her fame and the gift of her voice, is one of the nicest and most humble people I've had the pleasure of meeting (only once).

PS 22 ROCKS!!!! I live in Florida & have watched for years, as Mr B helps these kids express themselves thru their music! God bless to him, the school & every student that has taken his program....they learn so much...how to embrace everyone they meet cuz we all have issues. Their singing heals, & I pray for SUPER futures for all the kids that meet Mr B! And this is special, as I'm a survivor too...felt like you sang right to me, you most amazing kids!!!! Please, keep singing all your lives...I want to see you all on Idol & AGT!!! You got this, just like the survivors out here do! Go for everything in your lives cuz you are worth every minute of work you put into your lives!! Love you all to the moon & back!

Some songs are medicine and this one healed my spirit as a two-time breast cancer survivor...Thank you!

her parents live about a half hour from me :) she's around here from time to time she takes care of her home town.

Martina should record a version with these kids as the background vocals.

Praying for him❤ we found out my daddy has colon cancer two weeks ago abd 5 days ago our family went through the hardest 6 almost 7 hours of our life they took part of his colon and small intestine.. We find out monday what stage the cancer is and what our plans are... We dont know what the future holds.. But we watched my uncle who had a tumor the size of a golf ball go through hell for 2 years and hes now cancer free.. We have hope❤

I love Martina McBride.

these children should be encouraged to keep going, their voices are so beautiful, what a beautiful thing these children did for their teacher.

Yes

This is one of those songs that I can't listen to in public. But then a lot of her songs are. There is now a bunch of PS22 intercity kids who may actually listen to country music. Country music encompasses everybody. It speaks to everybody if they give it a chance. People talk think about the twangy country western music that that was popular 60 years ago. I still like some of it but that's not today's country.. Plus usually they have lyrics a parent doesn't have to worry about their kids listening to.

The view is a bunch of hypocrites but the bunch of kids is awesome,matina just took it over the top

Beautiful performance but Martina's voice doesn't harmonize well with theirs at all.

This is a different group of kids than the ones who sang to her in the video at the school.

A comment from a Republican: The View has been heavily criticized, more so since 2015, however it is a platform to reach many people. Breast cancer knows no political affiliation nor hate, although it is a plague. This performance by Martina McBride on the View is a show of how we can come together for people in need, I personally salute Martina McBride and why not, she is devoted to God. ✝️🇺🇸
