Martin Weiss - How You Feel About Bronny Being Drafted is Tied to How You Feel About LeBron

Спорт

LeBron doesn't think very highly of the NBA audience. How so, you ask? 1) he wants us to believe he had nothing to do with Darvin Ham getting fired even tho he would show up his coach almost every game. 2) he wants us to believe he had no input in getting his podcast buddy (w/ zero experience) as the new head coach. 3) that Bronny is a legit 2nd round NBA pick who was picked because of his talent and not because of who is dad is. Nobody outside the Lebron camp (and butt licker Nick Wright) is buying it. 😂

The biggest miss in all of this is people need to be learning and observing what Bron is doing instead of being critical. This dude is laying a foundation blueprint for generations to come. I can’t comprehend the criticism this is the American Dream!

Honestly, it's more about the fact that LeBron and his camp are constantly working behind the scenes to control narratives, acquire or trade teammates, and even help with the hiring or firing of coaches, but then act as if he has absolutely nothing to do with it. LeBron publicly stated that he wanted to play with Bronny for years, only for him and Klutch to try to spin it like it wasn't that big of a deal and how he had nothing to do with the Lakers drafting Bronny (or hiring Redick). It's all fake, manipulative BS. Then LeBron and his camp will turn around and accuse people of being too critical or unfair. Everyone sees it for what it is, so just stand on it and quit acting like he has no idea or say in things that happen on his teams. To make matters worse, the media hyped Bronny like he was a top-five lottery pick. If my Lakers had just drafted him, NO ONE would have cared, but they made Bronny the top headline coming into this draft. Edit: not to downplay his medical severity, but cardiac arrest & a heart attack are not the same.

You guys don’t see what Lebron is doing? That narcissistic itch has to be scratched. Title winning days are over, he knows it so how can he maintain his stronghold over headlines and keep stroking that ego? Do some of the most unconventional things in sports, orchestrate my podcast partner and son joining my team. They’ll talk about me all year long. He really is a seasoned vet at this.

Nothing wrong with the nepotism angle. This is the American way. But what I found funny is that the lakers and others act as if they would have drafted Bronny if he wasn’t Lebron’s son. And for the media and Lebron fans act as if Bronny is baller is hilarious. Again, not hating Bron or Bronny for doing this. But that kid is not ready. At least Austin rivers was a good college player. Bronny probably was only a McDonald’s all American because of Bron and Rich Paul

  • @atlien1988

The Austin Rivers angle doesn't even make sense because he was a significantly better player in HS & College. Rivers was drafted on his own merit, not his dad's. He likely got his contract with Clippers because his dad coached the team, but he was already in the league.

This is a horrible take but what else is new? Guys like this will b1tch , moan and complain about unfairness in the marketplace daily . But when it comes to something that they like or more appropriately idolize, they’ll dismiss all of that. Because it’s been beneficial for their position. The Same Dash reference is also hilarious. The NBA isn’t the normal marketplace. It’s sad that has to be explained to guys who actually talk about sports. The NBA is full of second generation talent. The difference is, if any of those guys average 4.2 points, they wouldn’t have entered the draft because they know they wouldn’t have got drafted This will be equivalent to someone who didn’t pass the bar yet yet was named partner in a law firm I understand people like this or who have these childish opinions don’t do well with nuance

So if Bronny James is out the League in 2 years did LeBron James “Hustle” for his son as Veejay put it or Did LeBron James “Hustle” for LeBron ? Its Like the Media dont get it or dont want too get it its not about nepotism or none of that its about acting like the kid is deserving of being Drafted just because he LeBron James son meanwhile other deserving guys went undrafted why? Because Lebron wants too play with his Son? The Lakers are a joke and has been 1 ever since that man put on a Lakers jersey.💯💯
