Fans need to create a chant for this guy he has been amazing this season.

Odegaard has that xfactor that no other Arsenal player has. He's passing and vision keeps the team ticking. He just needs a quality CF alongside him.

At the time Arteta put Ozil out, i was backing his decision 100% (the workrate of Ozil without the ball, his attitude when he lost the ball, all that was a problem). Now we have odegaard, a better ozil, young and likes defensive efforts and sticking to a tactical plan, no matters what sacrifices it requires (see his game against west ham). We definitly won in the deal, Arteta was right and built a promising squad.

I like this season for our young players Odegaard gave them the chances that world class players should be finishing and they buried some of them it’s progress and a confidence builder

The amount of chances he creates that they burned this season is just not acceptable. He should have had 15 assists at least this season but he has only 4! Thats awful, he makes the others up front look much better then they are tbh.. the stats prove it and so does this video.

@@Kay-jg6tf that's true, same thing in vitesse also. He has been carrying his teams for years, since he was like 19. He carries this arsenal team also, make no mistake about it, arsenal would be fighting for conference league at this point without him. Not a bad word about the hale end talents, absolutely love the lot of them, but you can just tell by the way martin receives, turns and handles the ball that this is a player on a higher tier level then the rest. He hasn't been in the league for a full season yet and he is already the captain of the team and the most creative player in the league. I just hope next season i finally get to see him play the champions league with some proper ballers in front of him. That's where he belongs.

This is why we need a prolific goal scorer so his brilliance can be seen by stat lookers. A phenomenal number 9 will also allow players like Saka and Martinelli (idk about spelling) to score more goals as most of the attention will be drawn to the No. 9

Martin is a great long passer/crosser of the ball. The reason he is not doing it because Arsenal lack a prolific striker who can win headers in box (Had gunners CR7 as a ST, how many easy goals he would score??

It's no surprise Arsenal going through bad a phase for the last few weeks. Whenever Martin Ødegaard-Saka duo dims Arsenal play poor. Martin makes this team ticks. He definitely needs to work on his finishing aspects and other things but in terms of vision he is just below KDB. You need to also consider a fact that Arsenal doesn't have elite finishers. Nor in Real Sociedad, Viteese when play had played there. Put Ronaldo in that team Martin Will have at least 20 assists.

Now get a world class finisher upfront

Another thing I get from this is how many chances the attackers needs per goal. I mean, my god how many chances they waste!

Arsenal is playing so much better and freely with him on their side. Guy can nutmeg three people on a phonebooth with the ball glued to his feet and still hit a 40 meter through ball a second later. Team just need to position because they know it's coming.

But if you look at the talent of Ø, and where he is at this age, he is further in his development than for example Modric and KDB at the same age. he has been fairly good but sorry not enough for a team which want to compete for the title seriously, the brilliant one touch pass is far from enough, let's be honest, he has got to shoot and score more, sometime he turns a great score chance into a meaningless pass, dribbling is seriously insufficient too, he tends to pass to the ball to other players, but after that he stands still on the same area without finding better no man marking space and route, given he is also not a pacy and tricky football player, he has gotten much room to improve to try to get closer to the level of de bruyne
