I've got something I want to share with you. When we decided to do Pellow Talk, I didn't just want to do a book. I wanted to give you a new record, new videos, and new photography so that everything came together. Dante's Prayer was very much inspired by my love for Scotland. That's resonated even more deeply these past few weeks, following the death of the Queen at Balmoral. I was in Scotland when that happened but didn't want to say anything for a little while, so as to be respectful of what had happened. I hope you all understand.
The Dante's Prayer video was sent to people who'd bought the tartan edition of Pellow Talk - and the feedback was incredible. People from the UK, North America and around the world were deeply moved by the music and the strong Scottish theme. The truth is, people were so connected with what we'd done that I wanted to share it with everyone, so that you can all enjoy it. I thought I should also share the comments from some of the people who received Dante's Prayer and I've listed them below. I'm really thrilled that people have got so much from it and that it moved them, the way it moved me. It's incredible to hear and I'm grateful to everyone who's been in touch.

I think Marti Pellow has done a lovely job with this..and the musical arrangement.
My eyes leaked when Marti sang this on his 'Pellow Talk' tour last year. It's hauntingly beautiful.
Used to walk to this lighthouse and my husband then wanted to buy it . A lovely lady has since and restored it.He was a brilliant music teacher at Tobermory . I was a Ta there too. He would meditate there and I would gaze towards the Cullins too . I missed my Family in England and my daughter struggled as she was only 17 when we left her in Leicestershire. I went back to support her for a while and she and her then boyfriend lived with me while Pete my hubby taught music and built our home in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. It was not easy for me . I had to work 3 jobs to make ends meet. However Our daughter never gave up her musical dream and now thanks to support from her sister and brother and a great team (INVADA) She has truly found her voice as billynomates. Sadly Pete ,my husband now has late stage Parkinsons and struggles to talk and walk sometimes. However our love of music carries us through. Thank you ,you got me through Lockdown .Tor (billynomates) wrote her album here during it too.with dad on the Isle of Wight and has never looked back, My dad passed away suddenly just before HM Queen Elizabeth 11 . So this beautiful song resonates even more than it did when Loreena sang it so many years ago, Again Thank you x Hazel

Just in Hotel after watching Marti Pellow at Leeds Arena. He sang this song. It was excellent to hear it live. Absolutely brilliant Concert. If you get chance to catch him live. You won't be disappointed. Still got it

I just love your rendition! Hearing a male singing it while on ‘adventures’ really brings a different meaning to the song - Loreena’s has more ‘keening’ to it, but yours is stunning. Thank you! Iv listened so many times and after the story in pellow talks i just imagine your dear auld da telling you the story in the car on your travels ,iv just done the Applecross, Skye kyle of Lochalsh and thought about you both,god rest him and to leave such a beautiful, kind hearted soul of a son allowing us inside a family like our own,just a normal working ma and da with there boys and Elvis cnt forget him nice seeing these places through your eyes with this song playing ALL the time,thanks for the memories Mark L2L
