As a marsiyakhwan myself, i can say that i am blessed today. So much to learn from here.. She is so candid.

Proud of her, I heard her as a child, I heard her sons. may Allah SWT gives her the highest place in Jannat. It is not the matter of like or dislike, Remember Hazrat Zainab, stood between enemies and gave a lecture (Khutba) to the Murderer, King Yazeed in his court, her head had no scarf, her entire family was killed and martyred, she had nothing, no hijab or parda, imagine the stress , her entire family had been killed by the same tyrant ruler. There is no Sunni or Shia Muslim as such, just Husaini or Yazeedi. Those who think whatever Husain did was to save Islam are Husaini and those who agree with Yazeed Lanati are Yazeedi.

Marsia is beautiful, though reading from a book, the reciter did a good job, but! Afsoos, kam sa kam if you don't do hijab, drape that Sari Pallu over your head, first of all, whose Marsia, 2nd, could be men were there too!

May Alah bless her jannatul firdaus. covering the head is not exempted in any circmstances. I am exremely inpressed by her style. Literally i have not seen yet any one reciting marthia in this style. Except Marhoom Tanveer Hassan of Ali Nagar Pali Bihar. Women sitting in Majls have their head uncovered. They might not be knowing this video is going to be public. Please take care, This is unjust on their part.

Well the Parda (Veil) is not mandatory after 60 years of age and that women is very old and she is reciting this in female audience and the males present there might be her Mahram(Near Relatives). This ruling is according to the fiqh as told by Shariat -e-Muhammadi(SAAW) . Just Informing you to increase our knowledge. may Allah give us all more knowledge which is good for us for Duniya and Aakhirat. As far as other women are concerned , they should have covered their heads for sure, they might not be knowing that the video is going to be in public media, but the person who has uploaded it , he has responsibility to edit it.Wassalaam.

This is not our job to impose sharia. We can just tell people to do that.. if they dont do accordingly..we have no right to speak hard words against them. ..it is strictly forbidden in islam
