Marshella Chidester Home Video Seized By Monroe County Sheriffs
The activities of Marshella Chidester were captured on her home Security system.
According to the testimony of Sergeant Detective Jeff Harper, a 24-yesr veteran with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department, he responded to the scene to coordinate the evidence collection process but denied being the lead detective in the case.
Detective Harper reports interviewing the defendant on 4/21/24 where she reported she was headed to the boat club to attend a birthday party.
Detectives executed a search warrant on 4/22/24 at the defendant's home after gaining knowledge of a security system.
Detective Harper testified Mrs. Chidester indeed possessed a functional and operating, motion-activated DVR home surveillance system with 4 cameras (one interior located in the kitchen, one on the barn across the street, and two on the garage).
Detective Harper expounds that one camera on the garage faced the residence entrance and one facing the driveway.
During testimony, he informed the court that the DVR system was wireless, complete with monitors located in an upper level "attic" of the home.
Detective Sergeant Jeff Harper is a Sergeant for the Detective Bureau of the Monroe County Sheriff's Department and has functioned 9 years as a detective and about 1 years in the supervisory capacity.

she is remorseless . If you see the video of her in the back of the police car, she is acting like it is any other day. She just killed two kids and injured 12 others. The two were siblings, and their brother is still unable to walk, after being in hospital for a long time. The Mom, had a lot of injuries too. Imagine how that poor Mom feels?? She lost two of her babies and while trying to recover, she has a young Son that suffered extreme injuries. I think they were all at a table where the car came crashing through. Those three kids were trapped UNDER that car. Heartbreaking!!

The blood was taken correctly,! This lawyer is trying to poke any hole he can in the case - instead of advising his client she has no way of getting around this. The evidence is overwhelming !!! The woman was interviewed by news and she said she would "never do this intentionally " - yeah right, most people DON'T do things intentionally, but if you get into the driving seat of a car, after drinking and are well aware that you take seizures - that that is intent!!!
