Where is the rest of the money go? why isn't the negotiator talking? why are all three of you not speaking the truth and all three of you say something different? not to be trusted at all.

WTH! And you think they have not done their homework.

To ensure proper management and use of the new funds, the RMI government has "development authorities" that will handle funds and disperse them as needed, and they are required to report funding transactions to the cabinet and nitijela. Isn't this old news? 😂🤦🏻 We have something similar in place already, but it hasn't stopped the misuse of funds. I'm sure the RMI govt wouldn't have to go through all of these "loops" if they would just write up a plan for the new compact, show all the planned projects and expenses for the new period, including justifications, employment and overhead costs, then submit the plan/analysis in the hearing to show evidence that the current funding they are receiving is inadequate. But there is no plan written...is there? 😂🤦🏻 It's so frustrating to watch reps of my own country go to negotation hearings, and yet, they are ssoooo "unprepared" for them.
