I usually don't like this guys interpretations because everyone's a "lawyer" and he can be too vague, but this was really on the money. I was just fired because I pointed out problems and mistakes my boss was making thinking i was helping. She didn't appreciate the help and instead fired me. My younger brother has indeed done a lot better than me in my career and that bothers me because he was always the more supported one growing up due to him being male. I had a lot of ambition and good work ethic so I was really hoping that when I reached adulthood I would be more successful so I could teach my parents that it was wrong to not give me support, but no matter how hard I worked my younger brother was able to excel through the years of career while barely trying.
