Looking at the MIGRO ARAY 2 but i think ill wait till july tax time and get a MIGRO ARAY 4, its total overkill but god i love it.

Aray is above the rest is because of the individual lights. You can adjust for each plant. What I wish is the brackets in-between the lights also came with adjustable angles so you could angle the lights. The biggest plants I've seen is where the grower had lights at an angle. I haven't seen any manufacturers do that. Could be a game changer💡or Maybe I'm just mad

I bought one of these recently. I run it a 25% which is plenty for my needs. The dimmer function is what sold it to me. The earlier mars hydro led was junk and I returned it the same day and bought the sp 3000. Big price jump from one to the next but the sp 3000 is a much better light. I am not using this to its full potential but I do like that it would meet all possible needs and how portable it is, if need be. Good light, good review.

I have bought a SP3000 a couple of months back, and they had a few UV chips at the time. I was surprised you didn't mentionned it, so I checked on their website and it's no longer listed to have UV! I checked on Amazon Canada and the listing still mention UV light (260-400nm). Weird eh?

On the EU version the blue diodes and the far reds are missing and the diodes used are Osram 660 and Samsung 301D's with lower efficacy... Seems to me that the SP 3000 reviewed by Shane, and everybody else, doesn't have the same specs as the one Mars Hydro are selling on their website, at least not in the EU.

Don't know why this comment isn't getting more attention. The listing on the Mars Hydro US website for the SP3000 says LM301B's in the header, but elsewhere in the description says LM301D's are used. The Amazon US listing has no mention of LM301D's. Another thing to note is the PPFD map on the two websites differ pretty significantly. Are there two versions of the SP3000 in circulation? Anyone with any information would be appreciated.

Check your SP3000 with a watt meter as they tend to run dim. China has no idea how resourceful the American consumer is. I got a SP3000 from Amazon and it only pulled 269 watts from the wall so I got a replacement that draws 291 watts.

Did you check your amps you can change them underneath the driver one is the old way to turn down watts for the dimmer and one is to turn up and down amps I got a hgl it was under amped so bought a watt and amp meter and got it to the right amps but still you shouldn't have to touch anything except external dimmer and one day I accidentally changed my amps on my mars 250sp and it went to like 500 watts and runs 230w. I'm surprised it didn't blow.

Do you know why the par rating on each side varies by 90-100 par? The left side of the par chart you provided is considerably less than the right side, I can't figure out why.

So I purchased the 4 lights and only 2 have come I was given 2 separate tracking numbers, disappointed in mars hydro as you keep telling me your getting shipping department to check with shipping company. Ive been in contact with the shipping company that you gave me the tracking number for and they are still waiting for the parcel to be handed to them. I dont understand why tell lies and not just be straight up with the customer. I will be requesting a refund if its not resolved

I only got 1 reply which was not full, only partially replied.. I am absolutely sure if i bought one and needed their support, i wouldn't get it.. The review for this unit is outdated. They changed the model build in March 2022. They removed IR and UV and replaced them with standard diodes. They have not changed their spectrum map or PPFD charts and refuse to rebrand with a different model number. Judging by the date of your review they sent you an old model knowing full well you would review it a month before they released the new version.

Why not compete with Migro on this one bro. Just kill the game.Believe me if you give absolute mad prices, ALL the people in the world will order from you, so what if you make only a couple bucks per light, you're going to be selling them by the 1000's a day if you're the absolutely lowest price in the game.

It's much easier for a Chinese company to make these lights with a cheaper workpower and cheaper products, parts etc.. Migro would have to invest A LOT more.. He would have to invest so much more that it wouldn't pay off to sell them for that price

I assume he could be high, since he's in the light business, we all know why these lights are so popular, nobody invests that much money to grow couple of tomatoes lol.. Maybe few of them grow vegetables but it's either with cheaper/smaller lights, or they do it commercially.. But usually weed is the main reason :D
