Just stayed in VE Hotel and Residence in Bangsar South. Guess it is almost the same concept. One of the problem in this kind of place is that you may not have neighbor as you always have stranger checking in and checking out of the hotel. Hopefully they don't turn the residence area into home stay or hotel apartment (which exactly happened in VE Hotel and Residence as I rented a 2 bed rooms apartment in the residence floor).

The pool that you showed in the video, is that specifically for the use of the residents or for the entire property? If for residents use only where are the amenities for the hotel and serviced residences? Thanks much.

Hi Romey! The pool showed in the video is exclusively for the use of the residents only. The facilities for the hotel and serviced suites will start from Level 1 to Level 4.

I actually visited this place. It is overpriced because of the brand. But you don't even have a central air conditioning. I felt a bit oppressive when i walked in a two bedroom apartment. It is not spacious and has no bathtub. With this size I'd rather covert it to a one bedroom flat with a bigger bedroom and bathroom. Balcony is also small. Not suitable for your own residence.
Shame overlooking shabby Gurney Bay workmanship!!! Will be noisy and rubbish strewn !! 😢😢
