I laughed at the comment, his friends did not recommend marriage... My husband and I got married in our early 20's. When I look back I think if we knew what lay ahead of us, we'd have immigrated to another country, just to be private and do our own thing! Family can be a bit much at times... We had our kids, and it's hard work, but I loved it and love it still. Kids bring alot of laughter and reason to life... it's an education! If you're not crazy in love with someone rather not get married. My luck was, my hubby and I really match well. He calms me down and I create some fire under him. Lol.. My hubby's favorite joke, the last 25 years felt like 20 minutes... underwater... 😂

Once male actors are married, their acting career is affected. They begin to lose fans. They lose their k pop image. Besides, raising a family in SK is very expensive, esp in Seoul. The standard of living is high. And celebrities are dependent on their popularity and their dramas for their livelihood. Their lifestyles demand from them stable source of income. As they grow older, the get less lead roles and projects in asmuch as fans tend to shift their attention to younger and more handsome actors. Besides, it is man's job and responsibility to work and raise his family, women are expected to stay at home and take care of domestic affairs.

We are living in different times and I believe you do not have to get married and have children to be happy. These are celebrities that make good money, that can travel, start other business and date who ever comes their way. Now that is awesome. Then there is sexual orientation, something that was not mentioned, we don't really know. They are just a handful of Korean actors, but there are many, many more Korean actors and celebrities that are not married. Still single into their 50's. That's why studios, agencies prefer to keep us guessing. I say It's no bodies business and it's to bad that stupid games have to be played because of the immature, conservative Korean society. People just live together and don't have children. The happiest couples I've met are those without children or those whose children have left the nest and now they have time for each other. The majority of married people on this earth live without having sex and just tolerate each other until the end. The same goes for women. We are better off when we can pursue our dreams. I did it after having 3 children and getting a divorce. Started a new career and reinvented myself. Oh never got married again. Happy to just have lovers instead. Married folk just want you to also be miserable. Hay!,.... it doesn't hurt to try it once. Amen!!!
