As a Muslim I've heard many boys (before puberty) talk about their future wives lol. I don't think any of them are being raised to think that way I think they must just come from loving households :)

Marriage or a happy marriage? Because I’ve seen a lot of people get marriage off of their checklist. It’s not a happy one though, they just were at the “right age” and it was time. So how about instead, we raise children to aspire to build strong relationships and to love deeply. I’m saying this as a woman who is getting married this year btw, so I am very clearly not anti marriage. But I am against marriage as a system instead of as a covenant.
