Don't get me wrong I love Shinee but you can't really call this sampled when the songs are practically identical. I would agree if it were only a few elements and they used them to make a completely different song. Sm has a long history of buying the rights to songs and remaking then in Korean. For example Shinee's song Juliet was originally Corbin Bleu's Deal with it.
