Marquee Numbers | How to build | Short version

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video I explain my process for building 4' tall (50.25" with frame and base) marquee numbers.
I use 3/4" plywood and one number uses roughly 75% of a full sheet however all numbers will obviously vary.

How tall are the side pieces that frame the number? And how much space do you leave on the back? One inch?

I was using DAP Plastiwood filler but I have now started using white caulking to fill all the seems because it is much faster.
