This is truly one of the best songs I've ever listened to in my life, and I'm 30 years old so I've listened to many songs. It's just everything, lyrics, voice, sounds, all creating this precious gem. read the playboy interview, she wanted attention drawn to the story of the main character not herself - "I didn’t mind not being in the video. It was deliberate. It just felt like, “Do I need to be the protagonist in the video?” For me, I’d rather have the story told by other people, but I would have a little cameo."
