Katt never mentioned the Wayans. They built their empire on their own and were at odds with Hollywood over creative control of their material and were efectively black listed as well. Marlon is trying to make this about him and the skits they created ON THEIR OWN. Katt was speaking on Hollywood's agenda. Apples and oranges...

We got there and he started talking about family and very conscious things but hilarious. He touched on everything about what she and I were was going through. Ironically she was depressed about her mother's recent passing and her uncle. I saw a big change after we left. Comedians are on a spiritual plane when they are honest.

They didn't create generational wealth, Chaunte Wayans quite literally mentions in her stand-up set how average/broke the non-major wayans upbringing was. Even with a lot of them having gotten small parts (production, extra, co-writing) in their families productions coming up. They put their families foot in the door, but this isn't some several hundred million dollar dynasty family, especially with the older wayans (besides Marlon) basically being retired.

If you haven't tried you need to get out on that golf course. It's the game of life. How to learn to get out of your last f**ked up spot and try and get it in the hole.

The Wayans Bros were performing feminine roles way before White Chicks. Check Living Color. After, since and throughout their careers, I could never unsee it, frankly. This young man didnt have to sit at the gate, his senior family members did. Mybrother, my brother, my brother...the sacrifices were made for him/his family before he stepped foot in the business. He sounds like the baby. .He cant speak on the Katt conversation, he may have no idea, I hope.

This was an excellent interview. I've followed you and your family since "Livin Color." Your family is very talented and comedic. What I have taken the most from this interview and my man Katt, is the spiritual growth that is fueling truths, independence, and financial success. I say "kudos" to you and to Katt. Keep up the good work. Peace, Love, and Blessings to you Always!

He definitely should’ve received an introduction. That was just dropping the ball big-time.

I love Marlon and the Wayans family but they can be very corny at times. What Katt said about black men wearing dresses went way over this brother's head. Katt didn't even mention Marlom but he chose to speak on it anyway???? Somebody is feeling guilty. These are supposed to be comics but instead of laughing and cracking jokes about the interview, these dudess would rather be all up in their feelings smh. Where's the positivity and love for Katt???? Just proves Katt right!
