I’ve always had that thought too, I decided to try my best when I’m cutting something familiar to try tucking my fingers in a bit more each time for practice as it is a little safer to try that, but otherwise I’m fumbling around too much with tucking my fingers in and not holding 5e food steady when I’m slicing so slowly anyways that I’m more likely to get cut! I also have poor eyesight, to with the way I have to look down with my glasses makes me slower no matter how quick I want to be when chopping, she I’d rather go slow and hold the food steady than worry about the technically safer way

Thank you Momiplier for sharing the recipe it made me a bit emotional when you were talking about all the memories you share because of this soup. It shows how special it is and how much it means to you! :)

We haven't even gotten to cooking the soup yet and I just love the dynamic between Momiplier and Mark.

Mark, as a chef, please don’t spread misinformation about knife safety, it’s better to tuck your fingers and have the blade slide on your knuckles, do not lean your knuckles on the food, and be careful not to bring the blade too high or on an angle towards your fingers.

The editing in this really got a few chuckles out of me lol I haven't watched a lot of Momiplier yet, but I really enjoyed the editing in this one. It might be the common style on this channel, and I just have not watched that many videos yet to see it, or the ones I did watch were not edited by the same person. But I took extra notice of the editing style in this video.
