Following our trip with Mark Wiens in the beautiful and green city of Rasht, which is located in Gilan province, we went to a restaurant called Ahmad Kebabi for dinner, which had a variety of very tasty kebabs such as Dosh Kool (beef hump), sour kebab and shredded kebab. Doosh Kool is beef hump or so-called kool, which is the fattest part of red meat. As for the sour kebab, I must say that it is a local Gilani kebab that is made from a combination of meat with local fragrant herbs, pomegranate paste, walnut kernels and special spices. We brought a large piece of fresh strogen fish t the caviar workshop to this restaurant to grill for us. And I have to say it was one of the tastiest kebabs Mark and I had ever eaten. After dinner, we went to the city of Fuman and toured its traditional and very spectacular bazaar. You could get a variety of fresh and organic local food there.

For the people's that never had a chance to visit iran they should definitely make some times for themselves and visit iran. I'm iranian and we love toriest from all over the word. Please ignore the media because my country is a safe and beautiful country to visit and test the food and see the hospitality that iranian people's have. I love u all and can't wait to visit people's from all over the world in iran❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thats what mexican / Mexican American people eat 🇲🇽🇺🇸, flour tortillas, refried beans and grilled meat with onions and salsa, but the Iranian version is flat bread, kebab and beans .

This man does a remarkable job into our perception of world food and his quality, however it's the first time I see him with more real genuine facial expressions. Now he has the natural smile the previous ones in other videos were too forced ( a mask made with prozac maybe ) Any expression that endures more than five seconds is fake (neutral peacefull like Buda is an exemption). But Mark still a hero for me an adventurer, and glad that he brings his family for some of the presented food quests.
is this video recently taken? Mark looks more younger in this video compare to his most recent one.
