A park we really liked and have nothing bad to say is the Mark Twain Cave & Campground. Here's our park review!
A fun back story is that Jeff actually stayed here when he was a teenager. The park has changed quite a bit since then in good ways.
The Mark Twain Cave is a great tour and awesome for kids. That's one of the highlights to Missouri are their caves. Plus with a bit of summer heat it helps you cool off.
One of the other things we really liked was the wide and slow-moving stream in the back of the park. Our kids played there for hours and we enjoyed some outside time under the mature trees.
