truly a diplomatic man HAHAHAHA even though he's in the states and he's so much more free and independent now, he still retained some of that idol training. i like how he's working that part of his life into his current one and finding a great balance between the two quite successfully. he's so soft-spoken but his answers are really direct actually, and his SMILE and his laugh? i'm in love. and he's so consistent about that permed hair HAHAHA

are we going to pretend that idol life is not more restrictive? i appreciate your paragraph though i won't sugarcoat it, being an idol held some restrictions. they literally had a dating ban for a few years, and they are taught manners and how to present themselves publicly as well as a result of that training. you have several points in your reply which i do acknowledge and will remember from this point forward, but i'm not going to pretend (and i hope other fans don't pretend either) that mark was very different when he was still under jype, and he has admitted that there were many rules in place. if one listened to his album it would be quite ignorant if one didn't recognize he had had a very difficult time and held in many of his emotions while he had been promoting actively as an idol, enough so that he had stated several times that he would not return to music. if you read any interview he has done since leaving, he will pertain to the many restrictions he faced for the sake of the image they had to maintain. i have watched him and loved and invested time in him since his debut and i know the difference in the way he presents himself and what i am talking about. i am not talking about idols at large, i am talking about this specific person in which i have chosen to support and if you have any points specifically pertaining to him, i would be glad to hear it. regardless, thank you for your thoughts, i hope you have a nice day.

Mark ignored so many questions I feel like I'm part of his phone now. xD No for real, I love how open he is with this stuff but cuts things which he deems not interesting or are simply too personal to share. He's funny and sweet and his giggles rule the world. Thanks for this video.

I don't follow got7 that much, but after they left jyp and became actually free men, Mark is really standing out to me with his more chill and soft personality, I definitely have come to appreciate that more now, and I'm enjoying him the best out of the members doing solo stuff

I love the harmonies lol. That got7 part is cringy lol but I’ve always thought Nice was a “nice” song lol. They always cringe at their own music but the songs they hate are actually bops 😂😂 they didn’t care for Just Right either because they thought it was too cute. But Just Right is iconic and a banger. I still listen to it 7 years later lol

I think he’s been called a pretty boy so often that he got self conscious. If he wasn’t the visual of got7 where they spoke about his visuals, he would own it happily. But being called pretty for ten years when you’re such a shy person really takes a toll.
