Mark Owen - The Art Of Doing Nothing is such an amazing album. Great sounds, music, lyrics. Mark is so great, such a talented gentleman... There's no words to describe how amazing his work is.. And Carnival video is just something that inspires freedom when you watch it. Seeing Mark dancing is liberating... Can't stop watching it! So c'mon thatters let's get this piece of Art to 1 million views!!!!! xxx

Can't believe people will listen to this man's music and still be convinced that Gary is the sole songwriter in Take That. His knack for melodies is what makes Take That (and his own solo songs!) so special and I will die on that hill.

To be honest...this is the best dance video I've ever seen in a long time. Mr Owen is doing it brilliantly & flawlessly...

Mark Owen is a genius songwriter and has quite the interesting and fascinating voice. What a shame this incredible talented artist is considered unknown and and isn't famous for his solo work and is underrated.

4 years later this song is still excellent. Sometimes I'd like if the boys could sing their solo songs in a TT gig.

Agree, in 1979 KISS sang each other’s songs from their own solo albums, and performed them live, would be excellent if TAKE THAT done that too

Mark's voice is SO heavenly i could literally listen to his voice all day every day! He's so underrated! More people should listen to his solo songs or lead songs in Take That! You wont regret it!

Sometimes when I'm home all alone I turn the music up and start dancing like a fool, minutes turn into hours and get lost in dancing and music--- I love this video so so so much, he looks really into it

r watson totally agree Mark is so underrated his songs don't get the credit they deserve. when I tell people he has had 4 solo albums not many people are aware. in your own time and the art of doing nothing are complete masterpieces and mark is a genius and beautiful in and out. also probably the nicest celeb around and genuinely humble god I love this man to death 😂

Totally agree. I have just been watching Mark's early solos. The songs are as good as Gary's or Robbie's just a different genre. He is so underrated. I wish I could dance with Mark with total abandon - Carnival inside my head...

He's literally the favourite from Take That - he's mine as well - but his SOLO music underrated! He's such a great artist who deserves so much more recognition than just his main vocals on Shine and Babe. He's got such AMAZING songs that he's written and performed himself like Stars, Four Minute Warning, Clementine, Ask Him To, Carnival, Child, Pieces of Heaven, etc. I'd love to see some more people realise how much effort he's put into giving us these mind-blowing songs that save people's lives and help people find their smile! Thank you Mark for giving us the opportunity to live a full, healthy life because you have saved many, many lives, including mine. I hope you had a lovely 49th birthday yesterday, and again, thank you for being yourself and never giving up

Mark Owen...my favourite Take That member since the first TT album. Your voice is always so beautiful on record and your solo albums are wonderful, especially "In Your Own Time" and "The Art of Doing Nothing". Wish you would perform in Toronto, Canada someday. Forever a fan! :-)

I really admire Mark! Even if his first three albums flopped, he still went on and released this gem of an album "The Art Of Doing Nothing". I mean, I loved his previous stuff but this album is just pure genius! Everything Mark wrote is so sincere and authentic and his voice is just too beautiful!

every time I watch this I just feel so proud of how far Mark has come and I want to give him a massive hug, I love him more than anything else in the world and I wish he got the recognition he deserves, this song should be number one!!

This is still one of my favourite Mark songs, his song writing is amazing, extremely underrated, his lyrics are so meaningful. Love the album The art of doing nothing, and he’s just come back with another cracking album. Land of dreams is an amazing album, he’s a hugely talented guy. ❤

I keep coming back to this video. It's genius in conception -- "I'm just gonna go in this old warehouse and dance around with nobody watching!" And Mark makes it look joyfully spontaneous.

The song is brilliant and great to play while driving down the highway. Love how the video reflects the words that the Carnival is all in his head. Simple and striking in the dance and surroundings. Also that the camera stays on Mark the whole time. Can't go wrong there!

Isn’t he just wonderful!?! So creative and passionate. Really vibing with all his music lately.
