I absolutely LOVE you when you're a guest with Jim and Sam. You get along so well and reminds me of the good old days when you were a weekly regular for car service & breakfast. I know you would never want morning radio to be your thing but you're really good with them. Your stories no matter how many times I hear them are always funny because you as least add another layer that wasn't funny before So happy to hear you back on the show!!!!

The thing with really rare motorcycle parts, like a parted 1986 Garelli Monza GT, is while the parts supply is extremely low, the demand is equally low lol. I hope he finds his bike, but it's definitely been rattle canned black, and there's an old milk crate bungeed to it, delivering Chinese food

I had a person come into my living room while I was in the back banging my girlfriend and steal my motorbike, cash and Nikes. We were fucking pretty loudly and hard too lmao Whoever it was got treated to a show that day. I had some idea of who it was (I was using drugs sometimes with neighbors and I knew who had seen inside) but if you can't prove anything what are you gonna do. Buy another one and get clean.

My dad had a moped stolen out of our backyard. The gate was locked up but they lifted it . He found it and stole it back. They played a reverse on his Uno game and stole it back again. It wasn't chained up!

There's nothing wrong with a project car or bike but you can tell Mark can't let go of his bad childhood. And I only say this because I seriously adore Mark.

Mark made himself the eternal mark. No security nor security minded, discusses and displays his home via webcam, already had $6k+ stolen in a burglary, now his bike. The whole world knows they can steal from him with no consequence.

These guys are savages, rubbing it in like that. Good thing it wasn’t Mark’s kid that was stolen. They would’ve gone on and on about how the kid’s organs were probably being harvested and sold on the black market.

F**k thieves. I had a $2,000 mountain bike stolen in my old apartment. They had in the lease that we had to use the bicycle storage room and couldn't have them in our apartment. The storage room was inside the apartment building that you need a key fob to enter, the room itself is accessed via key fob and there were cameras all around. Rental insurance covered it, so I decided to upgrade and bought a $4,000+ mountain bike and 2 expensive locks and chained it up in the storage room and a couple days later someone used bolt cutters to cut the bike rack and stole that one! $6,000+ gone. The building was new, so the cameras weren't up and running during the first theft and the police didn't give af about either of them. Rental insurance again covered it but now my my insurance rate is doubled and I don't have a mountain bike because I was sick of them being stolen. Used the money to buy a truck instead.

Call around to shops and see if anyone got new keys made.

Probably should have the lawyer draw up an airtight future lease that says that if the tenant breaks any of the rules, they can be evicted immediately (or as immediately as the law allows), so you don't have to deal with that nonsense again. And it might be worth offering the current tenant your weekend merch money as extra motivation to leave right away, so you don't have to keep dealing with the retirees in the building with nothing better to do than call and complain to you.

They 100 percent chopped it and sold it for parts because the parts are hard to find or they sold it somewhere completely else either out of state or even better out of country because it is a rare bike. Fetch a good price either way. People do not steal vehicles for personal use they steal them to make a chunk of cash.
