This is the inevitable result of a people who have historically worshipped text and believe that said text has a holy, almost magical power in and of itself. Hopefully, people have started to understand this.... Yet, all we see is people lamenting that 'It's not constitutional!', much as children complain that not being allowed to stay up late on a school day is 'not fair'... Remember, those words and that paper mean nothing unless there is someone who believes in it and has the power to uphold it.....and 'the people' have done nothing so far except look to others to do what they ought to do but do not want to do.

@vicmars6145, it often seems that way, not sure how much closer we are to His return but no doubt He is returning to, "Take us up with Him that where He is, there will we be also...." But out of all that we witness, "The end is not yet...." So much more still hasn't even occurred yet but we know each event is drawing closer with the passage of time as we see current events unfolding. Whenever He returns tho, we are expected to be ready, otherwise every soul that desires eternal life in God's Kingdom needs to be ready to meet Him at any moment for "no one is guaranteed tomorrow!" And this is why it's all the more important we show those whom we love, just how much we love them as we/they could be gone at any moment.

It’s getting nuts out here. I used to go on Craigslist back in the day to get jobs like it was nothing. Now there’s no jobs. And the most jobs that’s on here you have to be bilingual. Country changed for the worse

Our Constitution is a remarkable, incredible document; it established that We the People were sovereign. Today, we are still allowed to see that wonderful document, it's kept safely in a vault under bulletproof glass- but it's no longer the basis of our law, the heart of our nation. It's now just an historical curiosity, its words are quoted by politicians to get elected, but none of them demand that our Constitution is followed. America was the wonder of the world. I have long made the argument that a homeowner in 1790 Philadelphia would never had let the government tell them what material their candles had to be made of, yet we have allowed the government to dictate lightbulbs.

In the UK they have now started building gated estates, they're basically the evolved version of a German concentration camp from back in ww2.

Here are a couple facts for you. In Russia, 400 people were arrested for comments they made on line. In Europe more than 3300 were arrested for the same thing. America is supposed to be about freedom. We have more laws and regulations than any other country in the world.

@@winsomemartinez where I lived and grew up as a kid ,it was all open area's. Then one day they started putting the galvanized spiked fences, and the green spiked ones ,in every space and walkthroughs, basically creating a border. You need to either walk out down at the road entrance or there be a couple of allies. CCTV went up facing everyone's homes ,but never seemed to work when people were beaten and mugged or shops rammed. there are places in Birmingham the police aren't allowed,they have to go to the person in charge and they decide whether or not the police can take the person. Bizarre times 🤯

If you pay property taxes on your home you don't own it! You are just renting it from the government.
