    I hope that classic gets a good run once it's back in action. It's written and played some classic songs over the years.

    Iconic instrument, the tales that guitar could tell being made in 1959. Unbelievable that was red as well, so much patina on the old girl when you looked at it front on. RIP Mark.

    All les Paul juniors within the 923 are late 1959 and they all factory black guards which is still a mystery why this batch of 923 serial numbers, maybe the factory was short in tortoise shell plastics ? who knows but after all interesting character 👌
