40 years old and it still gives me goosebumps..many a bucket bong session smoked listening to mark eg and mzone on my aiwa stereo that had about 20 different speakers attached to it used to short out sometimes haha ..good times 😀

These days are gone but never NEVER forgotten!!! Will love this style of music until I die ! MARK EG MZONE MC SHARKEY MC RIBZ nothing but utter respect to you guys. So many more names to mention but these were my favourite !!

34 years old and still listen to this with me 3 year old daughter raver in training 😀

I remember a mate of mine asking Mark eg what a certain track was after he had finished his set & his response was “what this one?” which my mate replied “yeah” & next thing you know he one handed smashed the vinyl over his head & then went crazy! F***ing nutter but a LEGEND! Have you ever tried to smash a vinyl over your head with two hands let alone one… All of us tried but never succeeded! 😂Best MC & DJ combination there will ever be… Dance how you want to. Time to come alive!

Sure I remember him doing similar in evolution cardiff.. sniffing lines off a vinyl and throwing them at the wall after he'd mixed them.. or I was tripping 😆

Mark EG and M Zone were always my favourite sets at Helter Skelter events. Probably because, even back then, I recognised that everything else was mostly trash.

I was 15 when i went 2 this and the feelings u got can't b described or recreated, pure emotions, 40 now and the rave scene is nothing like it was, xtc 🙄🙄🙄🤩🤩🤗😍😲😲😜🤪🤪🤪😳😳😳 u know!

I lived a few minutes drive away from the sanctuary so dreamscape and helterskelter were a big part of my childhood and if i'm honest are a big part of who i am today (good and bad) . It really was a special place. Holy fuck, i cant believe this was 20 years ago.

MArk Eg was on an M-Zone Headlining the All - nighter at Donny Warehouse first time I saw Both of them Back to Back . .. I was 16 and in 1995 I signed up ... Nasi Forbeiden Had the night of my life I never saw both DJ's Back 2 Back again but heard this Event at my mates in my early twenties... SILBA Never had a bad trip listening to it anyhow's. MARK EG and Chrisy I thank you both for me being alive today and if you was to call techno by any other name you'd call it Beltram Love as Alway's. Little Dan xxx

I think the MCs do a great job live, but it always irritates me how they're always on the recording when I just want to hear the music.

Alive and well in London, but changed to psy-trance, some of that is hard as.... but listening to this made some memories flood back :) I used to go to Doncaster BYO (where M-Zone was resident in the 90's - I met him in a PC World there once as well :)) But yeah, London is where it's atm - like Sammy said, it's a bit of a free party scene, squatted warehouses etc but the people are still fun and the chicas - also fun :)

cant believe ive found this set on ere. werent even old enought to be there in 98 but still remember house parties with this exact set on a cassette player !! lol

Mzone and Mark eg were resident at the club in my town from about 1996 onwards and it was open til 6am. Mark eg used to throw records out on the dancefloor 😂 had many a good night dancing to these and mzone forever will be my favourite do,always plays amazing tunes
