Thank you for watching. I hope the "lessons learned" I shared that applies to all wars will prevent those seeking to "rush to war" or "nation build" from unnecessarily send our young men and women in needless wars or cover operations.

Indeed I am blessed by God. I was proud to have served and it was an honor and privilege beyond description to have lead brave men in combat. Many are gone but not forgotten.

Glad you made it home Mark. I was a Forward Observer in the 1st 14th Artillery, assigned for 7 months to the 1st 46th infantry of the 198th Light Infantry Brigade. I worked in the mountains 30 miles southwest of Danang. Many of your experiences parallel mine.

Thank you for your service and "Welcome Home!" I would not take a million dollars for the experience or would I do it again for 100 million. I only hope some of the people seeing the video take the "lessons I learned" and do all they can to keep from getting into needless no end no clear objective wars like you and I experienced.
