The saints of God after death are with God, on the transformation mount Moses and Elijah appeared and discuss about what Jesus was going to accomplish in Jerusalem (the task to be accomplished). Moses and Elijah were with God(like any other saints). Samuel didn't come because he was not along with other spirits with Satan for condemnation. Satan the demons can come as angels of light. He can show any familiar face to man to deceive.

If the dead do not come to this earth,then what about Moses and Elijah in the Transfiguration? What about Mathew 27:51-53,where the saints rise from the grave and appeared to many? I think Pastor we cannot generalize anything. There are special instances where God shows that man also has victory over death. Usually Hindus ask,if Jesus rose from the dead then why is no man after Jesus alive? The answer is that man can also rise from the dead in the name of Jesus. Even though generally man is raised from the dead in the last day,there are special instances where God does wonders and signs to show that nothing is impossible with God. Just like breaking the Sabbath. My conclusion is that it is possible for a dead man to rise and also meet people.This is biblical.We have to accept it.Instead of trying to limit God's power,we need to magnify the Lord. It brings glory to God. Moreover it is also a proof that man will also rise again. Thank you
