When one is up and above his mate he never knows what tomorrow will bring you. He forgot that he threw Diane away and didn't blow her anymore. The woman he boldly moved in her home he showed Diane not respect. God says: "What a man sow he shall wrap". Now he thinks she needs to come back and take care of him. They are divorced.
