I have a theory: Because Cheryl and Jason are twins, they'd be in the same grade, but they're not, Polly is in Jason's grade and Cheryl in Betty's, and Betty is younger than Polly. In season 3 episode 4 it is revealed that Penelope was actually adopted by the Blossoms to be Clifford's wife/sister, so what if that was also what happened with Cheryl and Jason. Cheryl was born and because she was a woman she wasn't viewed as the rightful heir for the maple syrup business so they adopted Jason. jason was actually the firstborn of Fred and Mary Andrews but because they were so young they couldn't support the baby so they gave it up for adoption. That would explain why Cheryl and Jason were so close when they were "together" and it also explains why she saw Archie at the homecoming and mistook him for Jason. It also explains why at Jason's funeral Penelope said "you look so much like him" and Clifford not feeling remorse for shooting his "son". All in all, Jason is Archie's brother, not Cheryl's. Jason was adopted to be a brother to Cheryl/be an heir to the business but became Cheryl's lover and Clifford is still an asshole. Edit: to all the people saying that Cheryl could have been held back, they did confirm Cheryl and Jason were seventeen whixh makes her older to the core four, and if Chery was held back there would be no way she has a 4.0 GPA (which she does).

She does NOT look 20 at all and that’s okay. I hate how society acts like if a woman is gorgeous in her 40s, she somehow looks younger. She looks her age, she’s just a gorgeous woman. We need to stop tying beauty to youthfulness.

The theory about the Blossoms being part of a satanic cult sort of goes hand in hand with Cheryl being a witch and assuming she'd member of the church of Night from CAOS. But I don't think Cheryl actually a witch. Riverdale has been introduced as a non-magical show and even if it's theoretically possible because of the shared universe with Sabrina, I don't think it would be beneficial for the show to alter its fundamental concept to such a degree. That said, a crossover between the shows would be fun if done right and without introducing magic as an element in Riverdale.

BBQ Corn Nuts I actually didn’t know that. I must admit I don’t have that much knowledge about the comics. However, I still believe that it’s unwise to introduce that as an element at this point. If the show runners wanted to include that they should have done so in the first two seasons. Perhaps it could be a story for like a special episode (that in terms of the Tv series wouldn’t be part of canon)?

What if all the events are not even real and everything is just fiction, imagined by Jug (The weird thing is that he always knows what is going to happen next which makes sense if this theory is legit ). Maybe Jug is just a lonely, marginalized student and all he does is writting about the people around him - football team, the new girl (Veronica), his secret crush (Betty) etc. That would be pretty sad, i hope things are not gonna end this way lol Btw, sorry if my english isn't perfect but I'm not a native speaker...
