At the end of Koopa's turn, which lasted from 14:40 to 1:20:14, (1.091666... hours,) Koopa the chief conglomerate of mini stars has 976, in 1st place by an insurmountable margin. Strangely enough, we can see rare footage of Bowser haggling the poverty of Waluigi and Shy Guy over ridiculously small numbers of mini stars at 1:21:37 and 1:22:36. The odds of this happening in any normal game of Mario Party would be (6^94)*(4^46) = 6.933893e+100 Which is approximately a 1 in 6933893 followed by 94 zeroes. Not all is lost since the odds of any of the CPUs catching up to Koopa the Tyrannical are determined by the odds of landing on a Bowser space, which happened 3 times. 2 of which said times, had the possibility of hitting "Bowser Revolution" which easily could have happened at 1:20:36 and 1:21:25.

He probably forgot at the time, but my version of the 999 ministars was kinda bad but that’s all the effort I had. I’m gonna have the same effort for whenever I finish your request on the 999 ministar Boo’s Horror Castle map with 4 Players. Solo mode all boards (Japanese): Koopa -> P1 (999 on all 6 boards). Daisy -> P1 (English, 999 on Toad Road). DK’s Jungle Ruins (Japanese): Mario -> P1 Peach -> P2 Waluigi -> P3 Birdo -> P4 All characters with 999 Bananas. Boo’s Horror Castle (Japanese): Yoshi -> P1 Wario -> P2 Toad -> P3 Luigi -> P4 All characters with 999 Ministars (longest one). Bowser’s Stadium (English): Shy Guy -> P1 Koopa -> COM Kamek -> P3 999 for Shy Guy and Kamek.
