I can see how Cursa resembles Rosalina whenever she is shown. This is where the theory that Cursa either is Rosalina or using her as a host body. It would also explain why there is a Rabbid Rosalina, and you don't see the real one. Though we won't know for sure until the game is released.

1:56 Yeah, at this part, the eye changes blue and it looks pretty much identical to Rosalina's eye in coloration and shape. It's very possible.

I love how the announcer is just like "And bowser too" in the most unamused voice.

I love how they made an all new Peach's castle/Mushroom Kingdom for this. I'm kinda surprised they didn't reuse that hub area castle from Kingdom Battle since odds are we'll be leaving it really quickly to board that Rabbid star ship to travel across planets. I do admire all the work that's being put into this sequel!

Maybe a time skip happens between Kingdom Battle & Sparks of Hope. Peach probably needed a new Castle since hers was on small islands with multiple items from the 4 worlds surrounding it in KB (plus it was covered in gold paint & random nik-naks). She probably let the Rabbids have that & had the toads build a new one to be more like how it was before there world merged with the Rabbid’s. Just a made up theory.

It's funny how I never quite made that connection between this series and the original Mario RPGs (SMRPG, PM64, TTYD). I love those games as well as the Mario and Luigi ones (and SPM to an extent). This series really is the continuation of the strategy/rpg Mario games with personality.

Cursa is Rosalina. And as a massive Mario fan I can tell facial features.

honestly, with how rayman fans are idk if they should. Because lets say it goes like this: Mario rabbids 2 releases > DLC 1 > DLC 2 (story) > DLC 3 (Rayman Story) we are in 2024 already. Then Soliani and co give rabbids a break and start working on a rayman game releasing in 2028 idk > DLC If they return to make rabbids 3, i wouldn't be surprised if rayman fans went apeshit over that because of how they are.

And judging by the interviews even several ubi rules such as rabbids never speaking were broken for this game, so he def has some power now. Ubi Montpellier certainly wont be working on anything rayman left, so the only studio that would do it is Milan ofc.

He's been a hero in Mario 64 DS. He doesn't have to join the crew for heroic reasons. Bowser's here because he wants his minions back. That's not even counting all the other times he's been an ally in the rpg games.

So the main enemy in this game will be Rosalina🌠 1:55 through the eye she has become Cursa I wonder what happened to her. Random theory, but what if Cursa (Rosalina) is after the sparks because they have the power to make her normal again. Think about it; the moment she has the sparks in her grasp and starts absorbing their power, her eyes change from red to blue for a moment. The power she absorbs is working, but it’s not enough to keep her that way, which is why they turn back to red.

I am convinced that the villain of this game is just a possessed Rosalina, I mean the mysterious creatures eyes do look similar and there is a rabbid Rosalina. So I’m not saying I know it is it’s just a weird coincidence! I’m going to try and get this the day it comes out so I can avoid spoilers! Can’t wait!!!!

I think that Rayman’ll use his hands as his primary being detached from his body and have a range of about a few meters at least. And with that, have different gloves as the different upgrades

If they give Rayman a gun instead of having him use his hands as a projectile (which would be the better option) they should at least have a gun based on the mosquito

I can imagine Rosalina being a post game character after we defeat cursa, considering shes speculated to be controlling her.

I loved the first game, looking forward to the next chapter.

The fact that we’re getting a story trailer for a Mario game is wild since mario games tend to barely have story trailers due to not even having stories. This is very exciting Also considering most Mario games don’t even show off their final areas in trailers or their final cutscenes in trailers before the game comes out it probably means that the cursa footage we’ve seen in this trailer including the whole gang being there might not even be close to being the final area footage I’m excited

Really hope to see Wario and Waluigi show up at some point. We were so close with the first game giving us Rabbid versions, I hope they at least return.

Eeeea...this trailer made one of their plot twists way more obvious. Should have saved that for when players are playing the game. I get that the twist was "likely" to happen but this trailer basically 99.9% confirmed it.

I was surprised how stellar Kingdom Battle was. I completed the game last August.

Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope is gonna be a great game, hopefully game of the year!

I can't wait, quick fact: my birthday was on August 29, the release of Kingdom Battle, my favorite game!

Now I can relive my Bowser Inside Story Team (Bowser, Mario, Luigi) & (Rabbids Versions)

I’m very excited for this game. The character animation looks sick, and the gameplay looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun. I will say this, I think it’d be interesting to see the music match the spacey-adventure vibes, but the epic orchestral style also fits very well. Also, I’m going to assume that Rosalina is the antagonist of this game lol. Also also, I wonder if the Megabug had any influence on Cursa and her team of spark hunters or not.

Yo this game looks freaking amazing. Character animations and designs are super inspired, worlds look beautiful, music sounds great, and the gameplay is everything to love about the first one, but just so significantly improved and expanded. I'm not kidding when I say this is one of 2022's most exciting releases for me -and that's in a year where we Switch owners have been FEASTING!!

This game looks amazing! I can definitely hear Yoko Shimomura's influence in the music. Loved the first game, but I have yet to beat it. Maybe once I get my Switch back, I'll consider getting back into it.

Bowser as a party member is literally all I needed to sell me on this game.

Has anyone realized the 3 bosses are Rabbids girls (the buff the plant and Midnite aka the ghost) but then there’s Edge which also matches the other style and completed the normal number of Minions Mario villains have (fawful had those 3 villains in Bowser Jr quest and Meta boss and Bleck had he’s assistant,Dimentio,O-chunks and Mimi) so is obvious Edge betrayed cursa which is also shown by having a relationship with Midnite but this makes my ask myself if Edge will get controlled by Cursa which also seems to be the case with the other 3 rabbid girls

Surely I'm not the only one here who sees a very uncanny resemblance to O'Chunks in that one blocky Rabbid, like a genderbent Rabbid counterpart but was created artificially rather than just being born like some rejected Lego Warrior.

The animation level in these games are movie worthy!

Cursa really is Rosalina, or maybe controlling her like using her body. Especially since Rosalina almost broke through cuz she was reacting to the Sparks cuz they're part luma.

The potential of this game is amazing I can't wait to see what adventures await

I love how expressive the characters are. I want more of this!
