if you want to play through all the boards in mario party 9 then i highly recommend you do Story Mode, its on the bottom left of the main menu and is called solo. In it you go through all the boards trying to take back the mini stars that bowser stole, it would be a really good option if you want to play all the boards

The only game where I've seen AI hating me more is in MP 10. Seriously, this game hates me so much that I can ask to *NOT* have something, and I will get it _every, time._ (But the game is dumb and I can reverse psychology it 🙃). And they say games don't listen to us... But yeah, CPU are almost gods in this game, and really are gods in 10, they get the best spaces and the mini-stars and never looses any.

Whomp stomps main premise is basically a game of trust, you can either change the rotation 1 time or do nothing, then what ever the end number is it rotates counter clockwise and the "loser" gets squished and loses

This game is so unbelievably close

If everyone or 3 people tie, Toad says "You're all Superstars this time! Congratulations!" and if two people tie he says something about both of them being superstars! Anyways, good job playing Mario Party 9! You're amazing! Also, sometimes the star goes to the person in 2nd and stays for a few seconds, the character will jump in excitement, and then fall! Such a close game!

Hey zx, the whomp minigame works like this: if you choose 0, you dont get to use the switch. If you choose 1, you use the switch. Thats why it didnt change for everyone

Also, if you choose the boss minigame, you get the captain bonus, which is an additional 50% ministars (so first place would give you 10 ministars plus an additional 5)
