Diego Acevedo well technically, the dark star didn't do that, its little minions during the battle did. But when king boo sucks all the fireballs back it's an added thing, a little bonus if you will.

Darragh Foran, do you remember cacletta and fawful? They made bowser a lot of bad things in their games... And bowser betrayed Antasma... So, it would make more sense that bowser worked with Mario and Luigi TOGETHER in this situation... that would be awesome. and the dark star... couldn’t it be ANOTHER dark star? Like ,from space, or whatever?

Love how this game used all of the previous M/L games, Sticker Star, the other Paper Marios... just memories :)

Still extremely fun just the worst in the series. That's why people hate it. Not because it's not fun, just the worst. I agree it's the worst but it's still a great game

tbh out of all of the mario and luigi RPGs. I found that this one had the most fun boss fights out of them all (cuz come on you get to have 3 bros attacks in a single turn)

It's still surprising how this game and DT are much more difficult in normal and _especially_ hard mode. You have to be a god at both of those games to beat that mode.

hayden ruth They could make that, but also add in a good story, bring back bosses from the original ones (Even PiT, since you see some a lot of shroobs in BiS), leave paper jam out as a lost cause, and add in some original bosses with their own attacks and their own stories and personalities. I've been playing the boss medley for years after completing the game walkthrough and I still can't defeat all the bosses including the tricky and almost impossible dry Bowser boss to get a rank S. But like I said earlier, Dry Bowser is tricky and ultimately impossible to defeat unless you understand this skeletal counterpart of Bowser. Luckily I was impressed that king boo was in this game working for Bowser as one of his ghost henchmen and teaming up with the paper boos. King bob bomb was kinda different to defeat because he add a countdown timer and launching big red bombs that cost 1 minute to raise the countdown timer up but it won't be hard to defeat if you attack him real speedy fast as a torpedo. The Kamek Duo was a bit tricky because they are using magic wands to try and confuse you but when I defeated them, they were outnumbered and didn't stand a chance like the Bowser Jr Duo. Also Dry Bowser can summon the koopalings like Roy and Wendy o koopa first and then Larry and Ludwig von koopa. During the longplay of this game I defeated 4 of koopalings but they escaped and retreated to Neo Bowser Castle and this time at Neo Bowser Castle I defeated all 7 koopalings including Lemmy koopa, Iggy koopa and Morton koopa jr.

I have the best idea for a secret boss in the next mario and luigi rpg! It could be fawful's vacuum helmet from BIS! It could be like the section where you use mario and luigi (of course harder) and he could still take away your action command block! What do you guys think?

Once I got to dry bowser But I forgot to make copies of paper Mario(luigi was knocked out and Mario had 41 hp left) So Mario and paper Mario died in the same turn

What level were you when you did this?

During the real game I beat original Petey Piranha too fast so I didn't learn the Airplane Guard at the right time, also during the Bowser Jrs battle you learn the trampoline guard but I beat them too fast cause I was like 1-2 levels over them (This is the game not the battle ring) that was how it was for all battles except the Koopalings battle before Bowser and Paper Bowser cause I got lazy.

Grinding for the battle ring in this game BIS and DT are complete pains. I’ve only had the patience for DT but the other I didn’t even bother. Especially cause In BIS you end the game at only around level 30 with no grinding. No way in hell was I doing that.

Bowser Jr boss fight is the Elite Trio one but different attacks and a lot of hell if your low level.

Did... Did the Kameks seriously just try to Border Guard you? Did one of the bosses close to the endgame just try to use a basic trick that you had to learn to pass before you could even get to the actual game back in Superstar Saga? ...I'm _really_ glad I didn't get this game.

DarkK~ True, with the exception of most of the paper toad quests and the fact that Paper Luigi only makes a _cameo_ .

Johnbdm I don't think the Paper Toad quests are bad, I think that there's a bit too many. I like most of them and could come back in a new M&L as sidequests. Paper Luigi ended up as a cameo only because AlphaDream tried to implement him as a 4th playable character, but they couldn't manage to get all 4 of them to work naturally and decided to remove him. The story was re-written multiple times, and as a result of the wasted time on both story writing and the Paper Luigi failure, the character ended up as a cameo only.

DarkK~ Fair enough, but they could've been made completely optional. Besides, Paper Luigi didn't need to be a playable character, just being relevant to the story would've been enough.

I find it disappointing that Paper Jam has no unique bosses. This one and PiT are my least favourite entries in this beloved franchise. Not because they’re bad, I don’t like those two as much and rank them lowest in my ranking behind Dream Team (which is in the middle). Superstar Saga and Bowser’s Inside Story being at the top for me. And now we’re getting a new entry on the Switch and I’m psyched for it.

Big pokey duo is my favorite boss because pokey is my second favorite Mario enemy with goomba

If they made another Mario & Luigi game, it should feature Yoshi & _Wario_ joining the brothers to defeat Bowser, who crossed the board-lines into Complete Monster. Speaking of Bowser, my main idea is that the other phase has him going into something much more memorable. Is it the original giant form? No. It's his *GIGA* FORM from the Super Smash Bros series!

His giga form doesnt make much sense to be in a Mario and Luigi game. Maybe as a final boss, but i cant see them throwing away bowsers great personality just for some boring "roar im a spooky monster". Plus giga bowser would look very ugly in the mario and luigi style. PS. big bowser is much larger than giga bowser

You know this is kinda funny every secret boss is bowser or bowser related. because the first boss medley was in: bowser's inside story that secret boss was bowser x. in dream team that was: bowser jr. and in paper jam: dry bowser. so yeah bowser seems to be the final boss and the secret boss since bowser inside story

Kenny Not really they weren't normal bosses but they also weren't really secret bosses. also because bowser x was part of the gauntlet as the last boss so actually he's a secret boss

I must say that dry bowser was easy and disappointing. Dry bowser has less than 3000 hp, and every koopaling is weak. Like, the strongest koopaling is larry, which has less then 1000 hp. This battle was easy even though i was underleveled. Probably i won bc of the battle cards
