That theme is VERY FITTING! The reason why the Dark Star is an easy boss is because it doesn't have all of its power. Fawful absorbed half of it. It's incomplete.

@@XPGrindDeathking do you get my point? It makes no sense that Dark Bowser is so easy, he shouldn’t, but yet he is. same thing with a lot of other bosses I’ve faced in video games. So what makes bosses like Dark Bowser so weak even thought their supposed to be powerful, he’s complete right? So shouldn’t he be able to kill You easily? Like in one hit? has anyone else ever thought of that?

I never knew that the dark star had his own theme in the remake. Alpha Dream is basically doing the antasma on it!

I just love how the new theme for this boss fight in the remake feels completely out of place with the rest of music of the title. Literally, it feels like they slapped in a Kingdom Hearts song and called it a day. The result is a blessing for those who love both franchises, like me. Feels like the perfect union, the perfect mashup.

@@BL-9065 I feel like it is better this way, new players that never played the original would think the Dark Star is defeated but then getting a surprising moment that it came back as Dark Bowser. While in the original it just shows itself as Dark Bowser before the fight already.

All bosses are slowed down in the remake for whatever reason It's not like they tried to make it easier because the original was too hard, because the original was one of the easiest games in the series so idk

@@ctpp64 Not only harder but also dangerous. During dark star core boss, if you use sweets bucket Now Fawful will use his hands grab the ceiling and hides all his feet. You have to disable his glasses first.

It is but I think it’s kinda cool, it shows how unstable the dark star is after it’s power being drain, but that doesn’t mean it can’t fight back

This is one thing I prefer in the remake. In the original, the dark Star doesn’t seem like a final boss. It would seem weird to introduce Dark Bowser but not do anything with him. The original also used the normal boss theme for the Dark Star, while the remake gives it a unique boss theme and introduces Dark Bowser after the fight. The remake presents the Dark Star as the final boss, possibly tricking players into thinking it is the final boss.

If the 3ds had one, then how come the original DS game itself didn't have one.

@@MarioFan587YT when you lower the framerate it will in turn make the attacks slower unless they go in and fix it, they did for certain attacks, the 60fps mod shows how some of the attacks will be too fast and some will be back to normal

It's been explained what it is by Peach. A malevolent star which grants evil beings the ability to conquer the world. I believe that the Dark Star got angry at the Star Sprites that sealed away thus it decided to destroy the world by drowning it in darkness
