I can’t wait until they have another tournament and add 200cc as a separate like the 150cc, but congrats to kevo on the W, it’s people like him as to why I’m gonna keep practicing and playing online very often although I have almost 1500 hours into it I just wanna be along the top in the region

It's not that difficult, just hit it when you see the underbelly of the blue shell (fyi)

*SPOILERS FOR THE END OF THE VIDEO* I was rooting for Joel from the start of the video because his demeanor when they interviewed them so to watch him work his way up to second in the standings then on the second to last track go from 1st to 10th 🥲 So then I had to do the math Daisy Cruiser - if Kevo still finished 5th that race he would've had his 114+8=122 If Joel finished 1st he would've had his 92+15=107 Squeaky Clean Sprint - then if on the final race Joel finished 1st that would be 107+15=122 So no matter what even if Kevo got 12th he would've still gotten +1 point to give him a 123 Wow but that means if Kevo instead got 6th and Joel won the next two they would've tied?! Daisy Cruiser - "Kevo Gets 6th": 114+7=121 "Joel Gets 1st": 92+15=107 Squeaky Clean Sprint - "Kevo Gets 12th": 121+1=122 "Joel gets 1st": 107+15=122 Either way great video and incredible job Mexico and everyone who competed!

@@Hes_Gone people call it "motion glider", you activate motion controls and use them to steer while gliding. with motion controls you can achieve crazy angles in the glider (notice he almost flips upside down, while with normal controls you can only tilt to about 30/45 degrees). In general, going diagonally while gliding is faster than going straight (it's how the game works, doesn't make sense). With motion glider you can shoot yourself way off to the side, and get a crazy diagonal back to the track.

@@Hes_Gone In that timestamp in particular, he was probably trying to do another trick, where you trick off of a ramp while sideways with motion glider, and for some reason the game shoots you forward like crazy.

I thought it was 18 and under only at first looking at the first four contestants. I was happy to see that it must be open age so I can join in the competitive gaming fun. Back when I was a little kid we use to have Mario Kart 64 and Smash tournaments. I got a long way to go about 4000 more hours of training lol.

@@sebbaa93 lo malo de estos Nintendo Live es que por alguna razón deciden eliminar el chat en vivo después de terminada la transmisión, yo me quedé con las ganas de ver el del torneo de Smash con amiibos cuando lo ví en vivo, pero horas después lo quitaron.
