First off Majin roasted Xeno for "why don't you get some maidens, huh? You don't have any, cause no one likes you" Now Mario didn't go hard and Xeno's already backpedaling his bluffing. And with hard I meant talking about the controversies, how there was too much members in the team to handle, not to mention Rightburst and his ongoing bullcrap...and so on and forth about how the mod wasn't successful because of problems like these. While Mario Madness had it's own controversies, it's on 4 people afaik and it was no big deal. (BetaSheep28, Doge, and yes Nova64, and recently, TaeSkull.)

See, my only complaint with Mario's Madness V2 is that it did everything Vs. Sonic.exe tried and failed to implement, and even then, that's more of a complaint to Vs. Sonic.exe. since Mario's Madness V2 actually DID it right. I actually HATE Vs. Sonic.exe 3.0, they threw in too many OCs and tried to make it authentic, only for it to be TOO authentic. And Endless Encore is a downgrade of Endless. Mario's Madness V2 is honestly the best EXE/horror fnf mod I've ever seen since the Hypno's Lullably mod and Nathan S' EEeEE mod.

Really, outside of the absolutely toxic development team behind the mod, Vs. Sonic.exe 2.5 and onwards never saw the light of day because it was too ambitious, too bloated with OCs. As others have said, the passion for paying homage to Sonic and its fanbase died off once Revie got kicked off the team.

That's already twenty-one new characters to the mod, each with at least one song to their name, and that's not counting how much the V1-2 characters were going to be further expanded upon.

Well Mario, they werent all cancelled... theres still Speed.GIF, Fatal Files, Documic.txt, Soulles DX, Lord X Wrath, Parallax Rebooted and probably others more that i forgot the name of.(one of which i am planning on making) there is also the titular Restoration of Sonic.exe which I can see that its somehow still in development to this day(wish it wasnt, cuz the mod creators were lying about canning it and they were rude to the former creator of the mod.)
