Interesting... You need an external mic... For gopro and smartphone may I suggest a Saramonic SR-XM1 omnidirectional mic with XM1-WS deadcat for you? A very good and affordable mic... Good for walking and talking, close quarters and interview/documenting style videos.... Both for around $35 on amazon..

Hi. Yes a mic as well as a camera are high on my list of things to get. I think sound is worst on the first video before I learned to speak up. Thanks for watching

Hi, no I do go over it in the later videos but I stuck with the bosch VE automotive pump. No issues even in a big following sea she only varies about 50rpm
