Loved every second of MCMAP.

MACP is better. The only thing that MCMAP has that MACP doesn't is wristlocks and knife work. MACP teaches everything in 2 levels, and at level 3 it is based on missions.

MCMAP is a combination of moves from a bunch of martial arts: Krav Maga, BJJ, Boxing, Judo, Muay Thai, Karate, etc. Everyone’s taught the same system
