Great Episode. Language is a medium for communication. Every language is good. Knowing English and speaking in English is not a caliber to measure knowledge or intelligence. Malayalam is a great Language. Malayalam medium Schools are great too so as English medium. I do not know why some consider knowing English makes a person better than the other, it is absolutely untrue. Well done Marimayam.

I am an old man in my seventies and I left india in 1971 and no touch with malayalm much as my wife do not speak malayalam. The other reason is i do not know how to write malayalam on the computer and I am not a computer literate. I specifically asked for Malayalam as a 2nd Language in the university and I am very fluent in Malayalam, but the rest were in English this was in the mid sixties. I am not against any language and I never said I do not like English. I had to study all the medical terms in English and that was the only language those days used in Medical schools. Nothing wrong with that. When my daughter was graduated in Canadian college the Biochemistry professor was an eastern European man he could not speak English fluently. So every language has its place. The only thing that I criticized is some people especially those who does not speak English well ( I mean some people) has an inferiority complex and some who speaks english fluently has superiority complex. So i still stand what I wrote as I respect all languages and I am proud to say my mother tongue is Malayalam. knowing a language does not make one superior to other person. It is all people make just like the marimayam episode that we have seen. You have a good day.

എനിക്ക് 2ആൺകുട്ടികൾ ആണ് ഒരാൾ ഇപ്പൊ 4ൽ പഠിക്കുന്നു ഒരാൾ 2ൽ പഠിക്കുന്നു ഞാൻ പഠിച്ചപഴയ സ്കൂളിൽ തന്നെ അവിടുത്തെ പഠിത്തം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും ഞങ്ങക്ക് തോന്നിയിട്ടില്ല. കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ നല്ല അച്ചടക്കത്തോടും വിനയത്തോടും പ്രായമുള്ള ആൾക്കാരെ ബഹുമാനിക്കാനും നമ്മൾ പഠിപ്പിച്ചാൽ മതി. അതാണ് ഒരു അച്ഛന്റെയും അമ്മയുടെയും മക്കളോട് ഉള്ള കടമ.
