Prime example: Congress stated in congressional hearing that many colleges are subsidized by the government yet colleges still up their costs to students because they know they’ll get the money from student loans. Money that goes to stockholders not to the students. That’s why tuition is so high. From greed not inflation.

Find another way to take your money out where the only thing that happens is that you pay a penalty for taking the money out too early. And pay the taxes on it. She is a lawyer, she knew this. It appears she is being persecuted for the appearance of fraud of fraud disclosing the assets of properties in Florida does not equate to hardship, I still believe this is egregious means of political retaliation. You're probably thinking that this is a GOTCHA! statement but it may surprise you that I agree with you. Plenty of pols on both sides have benefited illegally from their positions.

I actually feel sorry for her but let’s be real. Democrat politicians rarely go down for their actions. If she was a Republican she would have been disbarred already

The judge was an Obama appointed black Democrat, prosecutor was black as well and so was the majority of the jury! 🙄

The problem isn't how she spent the money. The problem is how she withdrew it. It's hard to justify your claim of financial hardship when you're making MORE money in 2020 than you did in 2019. And if my dad--who is 77--withdrew money from his 401k or IRA with a lie to back it up, he'd be in legal trouble too.

She needed a better lawyer
