He fitted the band nicely but regarding Mechanical Animals, the person recording the guitars was Twiggy Ramirez who stacked both positions during the recording, guitar and bass. At least that's what the producer from the album said in interview recently. most sounds in Mechanical Animals were amazing due to Pogo's being a genious and Twiggy's creativy on the guitar.

I remember perfectly the moment when my 10-year-old daughter told me: Mom, I really like this Marilyn Manson song. I had to make an effort, because it terrified me. We're talking about 2005 or so. I was a bit prejudiced, and every time I saw the video with the pig (as I called it) I changed the channel. But then I loved his music deeply myself. And then my daughter and I went to discover his songs. And we watched every video together. And now that my daughter is 26, we talk about it sometimes and think about how cool Manson was a few years ago. We also saw the concert in Milan together and it was great. So many good memories. Thanks Marilyn Manson

When I'm really.....missing her I play him & for a moment don't feel she's so far away.

My GOD. This is one of the best live performances I've ever seen from any artist. I can't believe the amount of energy this man put into it the whole time. Not to mention what his throat must feel like. He exerted way more vocally than most people know. But that energy so, it's so infectious. I couldn't sit still in my chair watching this. At a concert like that, you can literally release every bit of rage you have in you. Oh and I absolutely LOVED how this many didn't give a fuck about anything while he's performing. It's like being completely free in life. Say what you want about this man but his energy and showmanship are top of the line.

Картинный миг, как карнавальный лист. А декорации в восторг приводят зрячих. Мотив так свеж и ярок, молод, чист! Внимаю голосу раскованно, без спешки. Смотрю на суть, любуясь и дивясь. Manson in his prime was a must see show ! I was lucky enough to have a best bud that was a diehard fan (r.i.p Eric G) so I went to about 7 of his concerts and maybe at ozzfest too.

Every time I watch the beginning I can't help myself from loving all the guys in the band seeing how they are reacting for a Beyond poor work behind the sound: Ginger hits hard as fuck his drumkit swearing because of the bad sound Twiggy beat the bass as hard as he can giving a middle finger Manson goes totally rabid and give that deadly look Pogo waits for the tech to adjust his keyboard's monitors and he's preventing himself to going berserk Zim basically rape the riffs Oh my, these guys :D

Manson and Twiggy both did that, and i agree with them. On Angel with the Scabbed Wings, the sound was messed off and you can Pogo plugging his ears in the background

No ... In the real scene at that time ... His voice was quite beautiful and exaggerated ... His high notes were enchanted ... or the effect ... But in this video, everything is strange ... I want to say that it's strange. It's not the sound heard by the people at the scene ... It's perceived by their eardrums. lo.You can listen to the live video shot by the audience and you will know what I'm talking about, lol.
