I grew up in the 70s and 80s with an entire family of older siblings who completely admired The Osmonds... I always thought Marie was so beautiful.. And Donny's self titled and his Eyes Don't Lie albums were and still are my favorites.. I wasn't much into country, so listening to Marie's solo career was only heard on my family's radios. But they are such an inspirational family. I have watched countless videos of Donny and Marie's interviews and such and it made me gain even more respect and admire them even more because of their struggles and the heartaches and stress they have experienced. They are certainly a gift to the music industry.

Look at the newer videos of Marie! She is now more honest about working as a child in the industry and has stopped giving canned answers! Donny is now doing the same! It's a breath of fresh air especially after both entertainers have experienced so many highs and lows! I'm glad they are no longer keeping up appearances to please their audiences and the Mormon church! It was a long time coming! No one is that perfect and to give people the allusion that they are is doing more harm than good!

Nice tribute to hosting legend Regis Philbin. I forgot that Marie was on Regis and Kathie Lee. I remember Donny's appearance on Regis and Kathie Lee singing his own version of "Any Dream Will Do" while promoting "Joseph" in the 1990s. Thanks for sharing this Dave. Regis will be missed. 🙏🏾🕊

I concur, S Mc. B Some replies to Regis seemed def rude/snarky/sarcastic/dismissive and not as, just joking. One, I could say joking, but not all 3 or 4 times.
