Marie Osmond is not a 'girly girl!'

Комедия

Marie Osmond hikes with Kevin Nealon in the canyons of her old hood. Marie chats about her tour with her brothers, performing in Vegas with Donny at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino, Utah, being a mother, not being a girly girl, staying in shape, being comfortable with guys, her favorite spot in her house, her first concert, memories of her first performance, backstage abuse, Nutrisystem, her diet, meeting Elvis Presley, wrapping up their show in Vegas, losing all their money, her upcoming films, stumbling upon a rattlesnake, Barbie, Children's Miracle Network, her grandchildren, her house burning down, her favorite movie, falling in love, losing her friends to drug overdoses, working hard, singing opera plus more...

I love Marie's reaction when Kevin asks if the films she had to do when she was broke were nudie films. She's not offended - she just laughs and says no. She's a real person, not prudishly afraid of nonsense - just genuine. She has a great singing voice too!

Probably, I have to say, one of the better interviews she’s ever done. Really genuine, easy going, not trying to be funny, not showy and all glam’d up... This is the Marie that needs to be seen MORE. Great job... you too Kevin.

I’m not surprised a 6 week residency in Vegas blew up into 11+ years because Donny, Marie, and the Osmonds represent a historical glimmer of light in an otherwise dark, unforgiving world. Watching both Donny and Marie hikes, I haven’t smiled like this in a very long time. Thanks Kevin. Great stuff.

I worked at a company Marie owns and had an opportunity to be around her at a convention, I even eat lunch with her. Marie is a genuine, very fun, energetic and all around good person. I was star struck when I first meet her. Marie is very personable and doesn't let her fame affect her like most celebrities. Marie has had a lot of loss in her life, but she is a resilient and strong woman.

Hair nails and belly. All store bought.Wonder what she would look like if she hadn't had all the plastic surgery. Her face looks nothing like it did.More like a Monkey but its her LOUD MOUTH AND CONSTANTLY YAKKING AND BRAYING LIKE A MULE THATS SO BAD.No one can get a word in edgewise on the Talk for her.She needs to act her REAL AGE and quit trying. She fell in her high heels and I just laughed.

@@dinoflame9696 Wow you sure are a simple minded one. And yes from time to time I do watch Chaplin and Jean Harlow, Our Gang, Buster Keaton, Mary Pickford, Lon Cheney and many other incredible talents who inspired and paved the way and no I am not a Boomer. Tragic to here how much of a simpleton you have turned out to be thus far. The good new is life is for learning, expanding and improving on ones weaknesses, deficiencies and an opportunity to expand personal horizons and perspectives. Good luck with that Alex, you got a whole lot of catching up to attend to.

I liked this format. I left mormonism a looong time ago, but I never left Marie. She has class and humor -- and just real - that has always been a shining example. She tries to be kind and that's worth an award right there. And Kevin is just a fun loving gentleman here. Just last week I did my own Mr. SUBLIMINAL sketch about a nutty topic I was enduring. You 2 are great. ((I love the interview where Marie says she got a divorce and lost 350 lbs))

SEENgod Agreed. I've read that some of the best conversations with your adolescent or teen children, are had when driving together. It's the side by side, rather than face to face, interaction that promotes more openness and natural flow. Maybe that is at play here as well.
