Well, that wasn't heartbreaking at all. Almost sobbed when he paused at the end of the bridge: "And I'm just trying to keep it together cause I could do worse and you could do......better." Do NOT know how he managed to hold it together as much as he did! Hearing all that raw emotion stuck in his vocal chords is gut-wrenching. :(

oml HE'S CRYING! and Matt's face at one point he felt it too, i feel so bad for Josh with the BIG break up! NOW that's guts!

I feel like it was a double whammy of both the breakup (I could do worse and you could do....better) and also his mom's health going down hill. I could see him thinking more about his mom on this one since it's pretty much about seeing someone through a hard time no matter what. Such a raw performance. I'm pretty sure Matt wiped away a tear there too. All those boys are close, but Matt and Josh have been friends longer, so I can imagine he understands the convoluted emotions Josh is feeling while singing this. Ugh...so sad.
