That first pass was perfection at it's finest. The difficulty to pull that off is insane and he made it look easy. And then he finishes with an equally difficult double-double!

I agree. Even his movement shows a sign of sadness actually. I don't know how to explain either. While his movement is very smooth and romantic, it's at the same time very sad.

I came here after watching the replay of Shewfelt's routine; some commenters thought Marian should have prevailed. I agree with them that Marian had greater dynamism. I suspect that slight step at the end was the main issue that denied him the gold.

He should have won gold here (instead of being dropped to second on a crappy tiebreaker). In my eyes, he will always be gold! Too bad about Beijing. My heart broke twice when he faltered on two events he OWNS!

am avut copilul inscris la el si pentru ca nu a putut sa mearga 2 sedinte la el din motive obiective in sensul ca era bolnav, acest individ nu a vrut sa returneze nici banii nici sa ofere alternative de a recupera sedintele. Un hot care vrea sa se imbogateasca pe banii copiilor. Sa-ti fie rusine! / I had the child registered with him and because he could not go to 2 sessions with him for objective reasons in the sense that he was sick, this individual did not want to return the money or offer alternatives to recover the sessions. A thief who wants to get rich on children's money. Shame on you!
