@@MAAMRV is it true that back then video recording equipment weren’t allowed and had to be sneaked in? Cuz footage of early-mid 2000s concerts seem to be really hard to come by! I’m glad you got to see her during her most successful era though!!

@@Lambs4lyf from what i know it was (and still technically is). Back then, since personal recording devices weren’t commonplace, concert organizers were worried about people who could record the concert and later sell off the bootleg to other people - thereby benefitting off of the artist without their consent. Therefore, they forbade audio/video recorders to try and make sure that didn’t happen.

*notice at **4:10** the "thank you lord".. you can tell she was truly happy she was able to hit them notes knowing she was so far into her tour & voice was tired but managed to SANG SANG... that was a tender moment I felt that*

Her voice didn’t crack one single time throughout the entire performance. She purposely breaks some of the long notes up into pieces instead of holding them out to make it easier to sing

And im sure that all those years of singing so high has also taken some toll on her vocal cords. And not to mention, she's in her 50's as well. Bravo MiMi.
