The 28-year-old came over in a trade from Houston. Sanchez has the third richest contact in the NWSL, and is signed with San Diego through 2026 with an option for 2027. In 62 matches she has eight goals and 14 assists.
The former Liga MX standout is also a fixture on Mexico’s national team and played in the World Cup as a teenager.
