we lost an whole generation due to adaptability. such synchronising will attract back the youngsters back to fold. Todays generation loves fast music and some how despite we have the best musical heritage we failed in keeping the young with us without which we have no future. Superb explanation of catching the "samm" without worry.. understood this for the first time after living in this earth for 57 years! Bahut dhanyawaad.

100% carnatic music during marghazhi maha utsavam is good, but people with lil knowledge of carnatic music will not enjoy the program fully. Thks to Subashree madam. Everyone's performance is awesome. Somethg different frm regular kacheri. No doubt all r hvg vry good knowledge of ragam, swarams n alapanam. Keep rocking. Thks to the entire team.

ஒரு சாதாரண ரசிகனாக , இந்த பாடல்களை மேலோட்டமாக கேட்டு ரசித்துப் போயிருப்போம் அந்த காலத்தில். அதையே இன்றைய இளம் தலைமுறையினர் எடுத்துப் பாடும்போது, அன்று கண்டுகொள்ளாத சங்கதிகளும் , பிருகாக்களும் , ராகப் பிரவாகங்களும் , அந்த அடையாளங்களை அப்பட்டமாக எடுத்துக் காட்டுவது, பிரமிக்க வைக்கிறது. அன்று இசையறிவு இல்லாமல் கேட்டதற்கும் , இன்று ஆர்வம் கேள்வி ஞானம் போன்றவற்றுடன் ரசிப்பதற்கும் சொர்க்கம் கண்டது போலிருக்கிறது. என் அபிமானத்துக்குரிய சுபஸ்ரீ தணிகாசலம் அவர்களை , அன்று சப்தஸ்வரங்கள் , ,சப்தஸ்வரங்கள் ஷூட்டிங் நிகழ்ச்சிகளிலே சின்னப் பெண்ணாகப் பார்த்தேன். இன்று அவர்கள் உருவாக்கும் பெரிய பெரிய நிகழ்ச்சிகளை மீடியாவிலாவது பார்த்து ரசிக்க , நான் உயிருடன் இருக்கிறேன் என்பதே எனது அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்று கருதுகிறேன். நீங்கள் அன்று பாராட்டிக் கொண்டாடிய என் பிள்ளை இதை தொடரவில்லை என்பது எனக்கு மனக்குறை. எனினும் இன்றைய மீடியா உங்களை என்னருகில் வைத்திருப்பதை நினைத்து மகிழ்கிறேன். - நெய்வேலி அருள்மொழிராமசாமி.

எல்லோரும் ஆஹா ஓஹோ என்று புகழ்ந்தாலும், சினிமா பாடலை கர்நாடக இசைக் கச்சேரியில் சேர்த்துவிட்டால் எண்ணிய இலக்கை எளிதில் அடையலாம் யுக்தி வென்றுள்ளதாகவே தெரிகிறது. அதற்காக உயர்வு என்று பாராட்ட இயலாது. கலப்படமற்ற கீர்த்தனைகளே போற்றக்கூடியது.

அரபி ராகத்தில் அமைத்த ஏரிக கரையின் மேலே என்ற பாடல் 1960 காலகட்டத்தில். வெளிவந்த மனம் கவர்ந்த காதல் பாடல். ஞாபகம் செய்ததற்கு நன்றி வணக்கம் வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

Super. Its unfortunate that songs like this have become rarest of rarest. Mortal men immortal melodies. Salute to those music composers and Lyricists who presented us with such classic songs which remains mesmerizing even now.

For a long time, not being a knowledgeable carnatic Rasika wanted a program like this.. wonderful effort
