Resort is beautiful, our villa was nice but i give it a 6 out of 10 for staff there need to be more attentive & profesional the only workers that were
Good were waiters at rum runners & frank & lolas girls at joe merchants have a short temper. We were suprised because Dominican People are very friendly Food was ok not greatest.
butler that was given to us met us at check in & that was it our mistake was tipping on first day!
You pay for a 5 star resort & you get 3 star resort! for this experience we will never visit here again.
